  • Are all tuition sessions delivered online?
    Yes- all sessions are delivered online using either zoom or google meet.
  • When and how do I pay for tuition?
    Invoices are emailed to you at the end of every week.

    Becoming a member is FREE is necessary so we can
  • What if I want extra hours?
    We charge an extra £20 for extra hours.
  • What should I do if I need to cancel a tuition session?
    If you need to cancel a session due to illness for example, then contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation before 9.00 am (UK time) on the tuition day will not be charged. As we will have reserved your time slot, if you cancel after this time then you will be charged the full amount.
